Mountain Lakes Recreation offers field hockey programs for players from beginner level to advanced clinics.
The Mountain Lake Recreation Field Hockey program is designed to introduce players to the sport of field hockey and then continue to develop their love for the sport as well as improving skills, technique and understanding of the game.
The program begins with elementary school aged children and will eventually prepare players for high school field hockey.
